Most orders ship within 24 hours because healing, pettiness, and good naps shouldn't sit in a warehouse.

Order Processing

At The Breakup Pillow™, we know that when you order comfort, you usually want it now. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Most orders ship within 24 hours.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • During product launches, holidays, sales events, or periods of unusually high demand, processing may take 1–3 business days.
  • Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Once your order leaves our hands, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey all the way to your couch, bed, dorm room, healing era, or villain origin story.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We ship using reputable carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and similar delivery services.

  • Standard Shipping: Approximately 3–7 business days after shipment.
  • Expedited Shipping: Approximately 1–3 business days after shipment where available.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination.

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing, holidays, and circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, and selected shipping method.

Promotional free shipping offers apply only when specifically stated and may be limited by order value, destination, or product type.

Domestic & International Shipping

United States

We currently ship throughout the United States and its territories unless otherwise noted at checkout.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their local government.

These fees are not included in product pricing or shipping charges collected at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

  • Orders returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses may require additional postage before reshipment.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

Breakups are stressful enough. Missing packages shouldn't be.

While shipping carriers operate independently and delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed, we will assist customers with lost, damaged, or delayed shipments whenever possible.

  • We may request photographs, tracking information, or additional details in order to investigate the issue.
  • We will work directly with shipping carriers when appropriate to help resolve delivery issues.
  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

If a carrier marks a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, building management, and the carrier before contacting us.

Returns Related to Shipping

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or specifically stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

Preorders & Limited Edition Drops

Some products may be offered as preorders or limited edition releases.

We believe comfort products should feel special, not mass-produced into oblivion.

  • Payment is collected when the preorder is placed.
  • Estimated shipping timelines are displayed on the product page.
  • Customers may cancel a preorder at any time before shipment for a full refund.
  • Once a preorder ships, standard return policies apply.

Limited drops and preorder releases may sell out quickly. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted and confirmed.

If we are unable to fulfill an order due to inventory limitations, customers will be notified promptly and issued a full refund.
