Preorder purchases may be canceled at any time before shipment for a full refund.

To cancel a preorder, contact support@thebreakuppillow.com before your order ships.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our standard Refund Policy.

The Breakup Pillow reserves the right to update estimated preorder delivery dates as needed due to manufacturing, shipping, or supply chain delays. Customers may request a full refund at any time before shipment.
